Private preview for experienced managers and the professionals who support manager development

You know what clear feedback requires. The wording is still the hard part.

Clear enough to act on, without landing harsher than intended or going so soft that the point disappears. Even experienced managers sometimes recognize the difference only after the words are out.

Most managers work this out live, in the room, with the person in front of them. There is rarely anywhere to try it first.

Free preview. No account or payment required.

Set aside about 10 minutes. The comment afterward takes about a minute.

What this tool is

Guided practice, not a blank text box

The Feedback Clarity Builder works through what happened, what it affected, and what needs to happen next. It builds a draft as you go, shaped for how you plan to deliver it: spoken, written, or as a follow-up note.

It does not reteach the basics. It guides the judgment behind the feedback and holds the structure, so you can concentrate on making the language clear and usable.

The draft assembles in your browser as you work. An optional AI step will refine the language and explain the reasoning behind it. The tool supports your judgment. It does not replace it.

Built for people managers and team leads, and for the L&D, enablement, and coaching professionals who support manager development.

This is general educational guidance, not legal, HR, medical, or professional advice. It does not replace your organization’s formal processes.

How to test it

Pick something that was not straightforward

Choose a real situation with enough complexity to test the tool. Change the name, the team, and any detail that could identify the person. It should still feel real to you.

A straightforward case may not reveal where the tool helps or gets in the way. The more useful test is the one where the behavior was hard to describe without sounding like a character judgment, or where the impact was real but awkward to name out loud. That kind of situation will show whether the tool gives a manager something genuinely useful in ten minutes.

The tool takes it from there in five steps. Move at your own pace, and notice where you hesitate, disagree, or want to override it. Those moments are the most useful thing you can send back.

03

Privacy

What happens to what you type

Nothing you write is saved. Your practice draft stays in your browser, and we cannot see what you enter.

If you use Build feedback, your structured draft is sent to third-party AI infrastructure to generate a version. It is not stored by us.

Use fictional or de-identified details. Leave out real names, contact details, and anything confidential.

Because nothing is saved, copy your draft before you close the tab.

Copy draft and Copy draft + notes are available at the end of the flow.

04

Scope

Where the tool stops

The tool does not handle situations involving harassment, discrimination, discipline, termination, legal exposure, safety, medical matters, or crisis. If a situation moves into one of those areas, the tool will stop and direct you to the appropriate formal process.

That boundary is deliberate. This is practice support for everyday feedback. The situations above belong with the people and the processes your organization already has for them.

05

Tester participation

One sentence is enough

This is an early preview, and you are one of a small group seeing it. What helps most is the thing you noticed and were not sure was worth mentioning.

One comment about what worked, what did not work, or what felt unclear. Everything else on the form is optional.

Tester notes

Tell us what you noticed

One honest comment is required. Every other question is optional.

If the form does not load, open it in a new tab.

The tool is not meant to make a difficult conversation simple. It is meant to give you a steadier place to prepare.

I am Fiorella, the person building the Feedback Clarity Builder, and I am reading every comment myself.
